SUSAC mailing list

SUSAC members should subscribe to the SUSAC mailing list. Firstly, because it will make you look popular - undoubtedly doubling the number of mails in your inbox, and secondly because its the best way to get your hands on hot-off-the-press information about upcoming training, trips and socials! You can also use the list to contact everyone in the club, the committee or instructors.

If you want in, send an email with your name, e-mail address and Get Me On the List! to sub-aqua@shef.ac.uk.

Donald's decrees for the list:

1. To send an e-mail to the list, address it to susac@lists.shef.ac.uk. This will then go to everyone in the club.
If you need to contact the committee, send your mail to susac-com@lists.shef.ac.uk. Instructors can be found on susac-instr@lists.shef.ac.uk.

2. You can reply to an email from the list, but check whether the email is going to the individual who sent it or back to the list. Either is fine, but if it's going back to the list, be careful not to bitch about anyone ;-)

3. Please please please don't send us virus warnings, chain letters, info about that latest Croatian rock buzzard that's in danger of extinction unless we sign this petition... You know the kind of thing ;-)

4. If you want to get off the list, send an email to Tom

5. If you have any problems (with the list), send an email to Tom

6. Stop pissing about with the internet and go diving!
