Requesting SUSAC dive kit

To request kit for multiple divers as a trip organiser, click here to download an Equipment Request Form, and fill it in.  Then please use the form below to submit your completed form to the Equipment Officer.

If you are requesting kit for just yourself, you don’t need to submit an ERF; just fill in your kit request below.  (Note that usually trip organisers will arrange use of Club dive kit for all members coming on their trip, and you will be told if you are expected to request it yourself.)

Please read the SUSAC Kit Hire Policy before requesting kit.

The Equipment Officer will then get in touch to confirm the request and arrange a time and date for you to collect the kit.  Please submit your request at least three weeks before the trip start date, so the Equipment Officer has time to ensure kit is available for you.
